i had the same problem and i went to get another rattle in the rear fixed and i didnt even mention the shifter rattle and the guys at the dealership

i had the same problem and i went to get another rattle in the rear fixed and i didnt even mention the shifter rattle and the guys at the dealership heard it and fixed it for me but i never asked what it was but its completely gone now
