Need some help!

I was recently involved in an accident when an elderly lady (in her 60s) driving a CRV came and hit me while I was making a left turn to enter a shopping mall.

Now she's saying that I hit her while she was at a complete stop. (which is a total bs since I saw her about 40 ft away, coming straight at me without slowing down)

Note that there was a steep incline and as all of you lowered guys know that our cars cannot go over those inclines at a speed faster than 2mph.

I cannot possibly cause this kind of damage while going at that speed. She, however, did not see me and failed to even slow down.

Tell me, in your honest opinion, by looking at the pictures, will her story hold up in court?
