DWS for the win. I've got a lot more stability in rain than with the OE tires. Here in FL it rains a LOT.
Guy in video-Although I don't see how he could be going as slow in that video and sliding so fast. Kind of weird. Wish I could see the beginning.

Bald cold tires possibly?

Always a hater in the bunch, i know everybody heard him saying "yes" towards the end of the video.:shakes head:

Wonder why he didn't steer in the direction of the slide, he could have saved himself or at least just jumped the curb but not hit the pole.

It looks like he did turn into the slide toward the end. However, it was too little too late at that point.

She has a Mazda speed 3. Different car different breed of tire. They could very well b a ton better on a z.

Drakonis GTR 08-20-2014 06:12 PM

I dunno. I've never had Falken tires. Now I do have a set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3s. They actually do very well in the wet. And trust me, if there is a place for plenty of wet driving, it's Florida.

kenchan 08-20-2014 06:17 PM

i have. after my experience, i call them f-kin tires.
