All the info we've gotten so far sounds an awful lot like the info we've gotten from Toyota and Honda. So for 30,000 I would expect the turbo 4 and I just don't see that beating the 5.0. The car market has changed a lot since the 300zx. I for one would pay 60k in a second if the car is worth it.
Ive been saying 6 cylinder hybrid for over a year now. Theyll use the existing Q50 stuff, tweak the crap, boom 410+ HP, 5.0 fighter for $30-ish base. They ALREADY have existing hardware to match/best it. Just like the G37 was to the 370. They dont need to re-tool all that much for a Z35. And by the time the Z35 debuts they will have all the hybrid, drivetrain kinks worked out.
