More info on the next 370Z
I hope your right but I really don't think you are. I don't think nissan is looking at the mustang as much as there looking at the s2000, supra, and a potential new RX-7. All the info we've gotten so far sounds an awful lot like the info we've gotten from Toyota and Honda. So for 30,000 I would expect the turbo 4 and I just don't see that beating the 5.0. The car market has changed a lot since the 300zx. I for one would pay 60k in a second if the car is worth it.

Where can u get a new 911s for 60k? Last I checked those car's start at 98k.
|
i honestly wouldn't pay 60k for Z, even if it did have 400hp. That's just crazy. You have people here who invested about 15-20k and are having 500-600+ whp cars. so why pay for one with 400hp that's 60k. o.0

We shall see. I didn't think about the Q50 equipment so you do make a good argument. Still how do explain the two different engine options that we have here'd so much about. By your logic the turbo four model would have to start considerably lower than 30k.

This can't be the new S2000 you all are talking about comparing to the Z, right?

That Supra, if it comes to fruition is going to be a beast.
|
So many people were dissapointed that the new supra is going to be a hybrid turbo 4. Many people expected a turbo inline 6
And if 350 hp is for the engine plus hybrid, thats pretty disappointing, considering the cla amg is close to that with just an engine |
I agree. I also think that the s2000 being mid engined rwd is pretty amazing.
|
Yeah I just love the way mid engined cars look. You can push the wheels to the edges of car, and get great weight distribution
