I adjusted the exhaust tips on my FI TDX to sit flush and painted my Calipers with G2 paint.

Was going to autox today in Frederick MD but plans changed on Friday. :( Only had time to go give my money to join CDC so I can preregister for the next one. I did take a ride along in the second quickest car at the event according to regulars. An NA Miata with lots of suspension mods and engine tweeks. Good thing it had some racing seats. Fun ride.

Drove the Z to Home Depot to pick up a couple bags of garden soil. Placed them down across the hatch on a towel. OMG road noise was 90% eliminated, just the sweet sound of the exhaust. So I had to drive around for another 1/2 hour just to enjoy it.

If not for the smell, I'd leave it in all the time :icon17:

Ummm...

Hauling garden soil or manure is a job I do in my wife's Juke or neighbor's Dodge Ram.

Yep, exactly what I used to use the GTI for until my wife adopted it. Now she won't let me haul anything in it :shakes head: :owned:

We'll call it the "Dirt Bag" mod.
