Fast Intentions exhaust is installed! Unfortunately the Z will be going into hibernation very soon. :(

Two 4 hour sessions, and I felt fine. The Z is honestly more comfortable on long drives than any of my previous cars as well as most rental cars I'm willing to pay for. It's cheaper for my company to rent me a car for most trips, but I'd rather drive the Z, be more comfortable and pocket the mileage reimbursement. We bought the Z to drive it, and the reimbursement is a good base for the Z maintenance/mod fund.

The trip home wasn't bad despite backing off my speed a bit. Picked up a good bit of time when I found a BR-Z on the south side of Dallas and cruised with him all the way to 130 north of Austin. We found some good open road just south of Salado. Glad I didn't get the ticket there :stirthepot: :driving: It was funny to watch (and smell) the BR-Z every time space opened up. He was obviously downshifting a gear or two, and I had no trouble keeping up with him by just easing into the throttle in 6th lol

Laser. I don't have anything for detection. First ticket in a couple of years.

Yea, I have had a few trips across state at 3 to 4 hours and I felt fine. It's a comfy car. And I'm an old fat fart with creaky joints. I do better in the Z than in the wifes Altima.

I've had two camera tickets, a red light and a speed camera. The red light, yea I tried to hotfoot around the corner before the light turned red, late to a meet. The speed camera, on a road never traveled and missed it. I have not had an actual conversation with an officer yet while driving the Z. I assume I will some time. It's kind of inevitable.

I've gotten more warning that tickets in this car. I got one for doing 57 in a 35 lol He was very nice and just wanted to chat about the car. The speed trap was stupid though; the frontage road is 35 mph to a 65 mph highway. He got me coming over a hill accelerating to get take the on-ramp.

Speed cameras aren't very prevalent around here. Red light cameras aplenty.
