Do NOT BUY from NST. They are frauds and wont return calls/emails/money.

First off I don't know where this goes. I have PM'd AK370z and let him know about how we got the run around on their "Group buy" pulley kits in January and still have yet to receive the items. I am not happy the original pulley thread was closed as we could all talk about this but this needs to be brought to the forefront so no one else gets ripped off again.

Me and about 20 others were in the January Group Buy of the NST Crank/Alt pulley kit. I paid for it via CC back on January 15th. We were told at the latest we would have this by the end of Feb. Then Feb rolled around and no pulleys. Next thing we hear is the oh our suppliers are slow getting these made, don't worry by March you will have them. April 1st rolls around and no pulleys and more "ill just post up pics of girls so they wont complain" comments from them and not one person got their pulley kit. Then we get an update after several peopled asked saying it would be shipped within 15 days of April 23rd's email. Its well past that and we never received them.

I have called them twice now and emailed them 3 times asking for my refund and not one response. I go on the BBB Site and they have 18 counts of fraud filed against them. It seem they do this to many car club sites, not just this one doing the same song and dance why they cant get it out. I have contacted my credit card company and filed this with the BBB. I have been in contact with AK370z and told him I would provide full emails proving the run around we have had and the no responses since. I suggested to him he should close down their account and ban them.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Guys, Stay faaaaaaar Away from NST. They just play games to get your money and give you the "SOrry were behind" month after month till you finally give up. Well guess what, IM NOT GIVING UP! :stirthepot:

NST: If you read this, I don't want to even hear your excuses, your good for nothing people who came here to scam us good folks. I don't believe a thing you say or ever will, I just want my money back. So don't even come here saying were working on it, BS! :owned:

Damn I was on that gb list but didn't put money down. Can't believe they haven't communicated better. Guess I shouldn't try to get their short shift kit.

Also, don't forget the amount of short shifter group buys they sold, manufactured, and filled while not doing anything about the lack of pulleys. And the delays for "Drift week in L.A."

You should check into who is making their parts. Could be that they are in partnership with GTM. :stirthepot:

Ive dealt with many good sponsors here who I will recommend anyone to deal with! They communicate and ship within a day or two and give you tracking numbers etc!

Fred Beans: Stillen Gen 3 intakes. Super fast shipping.
Fast Intentions: 18" Catback exhaust and Resonated Test pipes. Goes without saying how good they are! Even called me after meeting me in person at Z dayz last year on my cell.
JW Motoring: I have their 6k light bulbs I got within 2 days of ordering and their full interior LED lights. They communicate within hours of writing them and update you with shipping etc. Great guys and even used my pics of their product in their sales pictures!
Rev Works/Marti: Purchased my Rays wheels and Swift springs through them and drove up to Winter springs and had them installed.

So if anyone says I am just fluffing up my post here and im just not a good forum member, they are full of it. I have proof that we have 4 great sponsors right there that honor their word and ship lightning fast! I would trust them any day of the week because of this!


Take more than my word. Google Non stop tuning and look at the bad reviews on them from the BBB. You will see forum links of posts on the scion page of them doing the same "group buy" scam and never getting the pulleys to those guys. There are good sponsors and bad sponsors.

I doubt it was AK370z that closed the thread. Im sure it was NST that closes it once he got the numbers/money he needed.
I think if someone is selling something on this site, they should not be able to close the thread until AK370z approves it and that everything went well to protect the buyers or at least make it known to members if something went wrong to prevent repeat frauds.

i was in that group buy, but i actually received my pulleys (and candy, mmmmm). sorry you guys didnt get the kit. perhaps i shall bring this up to him when i see mike this evening at tonight's meet......hmmmmmmmmm

My understanding is it was indeed AK, who closed that thread. NST failed to pay their vendor fees, so AK shut down all their threads (or at least all of the ones selling parts). They aren't allowed to sell anything on the forum if they haven't paid their fees.

They need to do the same with gtm!!!

Damn. I have never seen so many frauds on a forum before. And I've been on Lexus and BMW forums for quite some time. It's pathetic. Sorry to hear guys....

I contacted AK370z before posting this up and have full email proofs and he can even go to the forum section to see for himself they played games. As long as this stays non profanity etc, it should stay open! IMO, they need to start a don't buy from them thread and post up sellers/sponsors. I am on another car forum that does that to avoid scammers.

contact ak370 and see if he'll sticky one. but needs to be well governed, only people like you who have all this proof or multiple sources should be allowed to post in it. or something.

I guess i should have listened to the tuners who told me not to do pulleys... I thought it had been a while since there's been any activity on that thread. Been too busy with wedding stuff to keep track of it.

Trips, good eye. And Yah, I had been in contact with AK the entire time. I agree with him locking it but I hope you both allow this thread to stay open until all of us are refunded our money 100%. Im just glad to see so many other scammed customers step up to the plate and also tell their story of how they were scammed as well.

Im in totally agreement here, and have no issue with it remaining open for the time being.

It may come to a shock to some, But I do have the members best interest in mind.

I just don't like people with nothing better to do adding their :twocents:

Does anyone notice that they actually say stuff like your negative comments will slow down our process?? REALLY? HOW!!!! I wrote them I don't care about if they ever get business again. I took a few minutes last night and noticed they have scammed about 10 other forums just in the 2 or 3 pages of google that I looked up.

These scam artists need to be permanently banned from this forum. Sickens me.

Hope you and everyone else still waiting for that group buy get their $ back soon. I almost jumped on that group buy because they offered colored kit. So glad I did't get on board.


On a side note, if anyone still want a pulley, I got a brand new, never installed Stillen on hand. Pm me if you want it $100+s/h.

Dam I was wondering why they were giving a discount on those pulleys...easy to give a discount when you don't send the product to the customer!

after reading the list i realized i was on a different GB...when did yours initiate OP?

Ours started in January. I heard they were screwing the guys over in the group buy of the short shifters as well. I paid January 15th. Still No Pulleys.

im still waiting on my pulley from the gb.. however i did receive my short shifter gb from them and mine was from the second batch because half of the first batch was damaged and had to be redone.

I got a shipping email from them today saying it's shipping today. Will update if I get them.

I still got nothing. Im sure they are just gonna leave me hanging to basically give me the middle finger. Even if I do get it in, im just going to sell it in the forum. But, I doubt I will ever see it. They will just give me MORE run arounds. :icon14:

Niche79 you are doing the right thing by keeping the z forum aware of this. I didn't participate in the group buy but as I read through their delays, excuses, and girly pics to hold the crowd over I realized you guys had been had. Best of luck to you getting your money back.

I appreciate the vote of confidence, though with NST, I doubt I will ever see my money again let alone the pulley. I will keep this rolling until the mods decide whether or not to permanently ban them or pin this post. :tiphat:
