Help me out gtm motorsport is playing me
Im a US Soldier residing in Ft Leonard Wood, MO.
I was told to get my TT-KIT back in April ship to IL. (Where my family live) things has change and that I could be ACTIVATED for oversea. I have ask for a refund roughly 2 week before May. Sam at GTM told me no problem he will have it done before I start special training on May 6. Today 5/13/14 He told me I will have to do everything my self and do all the claims by my self through my card issuer. As of anything pass 45 days it would be hard to do a CLAIM. As I work and go to special training sometime for very long hours I stay perfectly calm about this. so my card issuer told me they can open up a case and they will see what they can do but at this point GTM Motorsport DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE CALLS/ NOR WILL THEY REPLY TO MY EMAIL. Funny how they call me 5 min after email. but they cant pick my number up. I will be leaving soon and possibly wont be able to contact GTM. so technically they can say the SHIP my ITEM but I wont be there to RECEIVE IT. or THEY can just KEEP my MONEY. my last OPTION IS TO CALL MILITARY SERVICE (JAG) / Civilian Lawyer to handle this in court. I was wondering if you guys can help me out who ever can see and READ THIS. IM NOT ASKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT BECAUSE IM IN THE SERVICE OR ANYTHING IM JUST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BEFORE I LEAVE. TO ADMIN/AK How do companies like this stay on a website? they are screwing me over and over and playing with my money and time.. I serve my country and im willing to do what ever I can to help people.. why im getting screwed over.. know I called in earlier and it seems like SAM IS DODGING MY PHONE CALL. I CALL FOR WHO EVER IS THE NEXT REPRESENTIVE AND THEY TOLD ME IT SAM.. THEY TOLD ME SAM IS THE "OWNER,OPERATOR,MANAGER,and SUPERVISOR" and that NO ONE CAN HELP ME BUT HIM. HELP US OUT... HELP US GET OUR MONEY BACK!!!! |

It's hard to comprehend the situation because it's only one side of the story.
Didn't you state that the item is to be shipped to where your family lives? Now you want a refund because you won't be there to receive it? Could be buyer's remorse. If GTM really wanted to refund you, they could easily send you a refund with going through your credit card company since they have already been paid. |

I would contact your credit card company ASAP as well as JAG. Credit card company would probably be the quickest & best result provided you are in good standing & the card company is worth their salt. Expalin to them what Sam at GTM told you as well as your situation of shipping out. In short GTM has basically refused your refund & not provided any product. Going thru the court system sucks & even if you win, getting payment can still be a chore. I wish you the best in getting a solid resolution to this mess. If I were a betting man, I'd say that it's not "GTM won't refund my money", it's "GTM can't refund my money". I get really bent out of shape when dumb Privates use the "I serve my country" excuse when they make a financial mistake. I've got "special training coming up" and "I'm deploying" are just a cry for help because you are in over your head.

Csnow I'm seeing that you are in the military since you know the rank structure and going through chain of command finding help for me. I wanted to get this at its level and to show everyone on the forum including all administration how GTM been screwing with me. I can even show u all the email I have sent with 0 reply to both info and sam emailed account. I'm just wondering why are you such a ******* ****. In my honest opinion of what I think of you already is that you are a buddy fucker. Your that "guy" who everyone hate cause you wanna be the guy who have the last word and be the center of attention. If u were a brother in the arm and if I was doing something wrong u would of pm me and lmk privately and gave me advice. And shame on you if you are a nco. And your right I'm a specialists atm e4 and I will attend wlc for my e5 as Sargent in a few month. And if your not a enlistment or nco you must be a O1-O3 with a **** up your ***. I agree also. I haven't done anything wrong and all I ask is for everyone to see what is happening to me and so no one else do get screw over. And no one will do further business with me.

I spent years as a 1sg and they only get involved in child support or UCMJ actions. Yes, send them another email with some of the responses on here. Also send a pm to me and I'll give you my company email. I have a certified service disabled small business and I'll add my two cents in. We work with several major companies and they won't want to deal with that.
We can report them to the BBB and military has a protection/bad businesses to deal with site that I can have them added to |

I hope you get your money back. I would start any legal action that is needed because GTM has been know to screw people over. You aren't the first and you probably will not be the last.
