The one thing I hate about the Z? Horrible rear visibility. Turning left and merging onto traffic at an angle sucks. Aside from that, I love it.

But... that's kinda what the Z is all about isn't. It is not a freeway boat. It is a "drivers" car. That's one of the main reasons I bought it. |

If someone is riding shotgun and moves the seat back, the quarter window disappears for me. Not a big problem on the road (one should be aware of other vehicles well before they get to any blind spots), but can be a PITA in parking lots/driveways/&c, even when the passenger seat back is not blocking it.

Yeah I know that your Great Aunt had them on her Coupe De Ville, but they've saved me many times from side swiping idiots who insist on sitting in my blind spot. |

The problem this presents for me is when I'm stopped at an intersection that is not quite "square." I can not see if there is oncoming traffic from my right. |

LOL! Wasn't there similar posts about the Z being a jealous rednek/moron/ricer/etc magnet? It happens in the S STL metro area all the time to me.

One thing I hate about my Z... It doesn't have a magic button, when pressed out pops and ice cold beer from the glove box.

Well, with me commuting on the toll roads daily here (speed limit 85) you soon realize that a lot of cars/trucks can not manage much above this. I dont go crazy with speed but hitting 90-95 is typical and there is usually no one tailing me and speed limiters are hitting at 97-102 for the other folks. They just can't keep up and the Z is barely stretching her legs.

Usually, if I happen to drive their vehicle, I'll just set them so that they work for me, and let them figure it out from there. |

I know what you mean, I get people wanting to race me at least once or twice a week - I find it hilarious and sometimes have a little fun with them :driving:

Just be careful out on the road fellas. These mofo's will try to do what it takes to make you **** up your car. Its only assumption but just make it reality because it probably is. Anyhow, I had a beat up concord with ugly *** rims try to race me. It couldn't even keep up with me near half throttle when I was just simply trying to change lanes. I also had some crappy blue accord with 4 people in the car and SUV with a family and the suv is beat up. The problem is, all three of these scums did it all at the same time. So I was at left turn and the ford explorer happens to try to speed up with me when I was trying to get in the right lane after the turn to let the gay concord go speed off, so I sped up in front of the Ford explorer a little bit and passed him and got in the lane cruising at 50mph, 5 seconds later the concord finally passes by me hahaha. Then guess what, the suv gets in the other lane and speeds off with him. Not trying to say it was set up, but it was one hell of a coincidence if that. I don't really care, but I did take what you all said, and I literally laughed it off, enough to show it like a mad man. When are people ever gonna learn. But you know what, I don't give a ****, I love my car, and I will take care of it and beat on it at the right times, and obviously if versing someone, to the real sports cars and definately be at the track. I never had one real sports car try to race me besides a nismo z the first month I had the car. But that dude is just a fag, he works with me. The blue accord was just following me the whole time, but first blocking my path
Yeah I'm kinda mad, but don't take this paragraph to heart. I'm just simply passing on more shitty drivers in california and on top of that, people who don't know **** about cars. :D |
And just so we're clear since I was all rowdy when I submitted this, the Concord was following me and trying to catch up with me before that turn. I didn't realize I was dusting him on the way there until I look in my mirror, a few cars or maybe just a bus back, and hes trying to catch up to me to stay on my ***. Funny thing is, again i was possibly half throttle to the speed limit.

I want to put cameras near all my windows but I ain't that commited to proving a point. I got my registration sticker for my project crx so I'm gonna DD on it more to save my beauty from getting eye banged by people. I don't wanna give Honda a bad name that most people do, but if mofo's egg me on, I'm dusting them. Just with a b16 swap and i/h/e my fastest time was 14.76 in the 1/4 mile. I consider that a fair DD family car, suv, truck beater fight.

i get these too but one guy last week in a 330 bmw came up to me at a light and actually said, "nice z" and proceeded to ask about it and we talked like human beings for a whole half minute. so for every 10 a-holes there is one good. ditto: Women in sports cars is sexy. nothing sexier!

They still have YS1 LSD Cable Transmission from thr 88-91 engines. Just very rare and hard to find. hmotorsonline will only sell the transmission with a complete swap. |
I have a Z. I leave it in the garage for a nice day. I have a Saturn, which has some kick. Everybody and their mother hits the right curbside lane at the light when I'm in the Saturn. When I'm in the Z, they start their roll when the opposite light is still on yellow. So at the next light (with the Z) I get into the right, and IT's ON!

Based on the topic, I thought the op would say something like: I hate having to wipe off all the camel toe impressions off the paint all the ******* time!! lol

I don't get people trying to race me, it's the idiots that come flying up and pace me to take pictures while driving.
