doubtful, but easiest thing would be to try it. I mean he is your friend so I would think this could be accomplished by trial and error

I don't see a reason why it won't fit. 370z is a bit shorter, wider, and lower than the 350z but I'm pretty sure it'll fit no problem. My brothers s2k cover fit my Z.....little tight but it managed.
