had mine for about a little two months now, now starting to feel the modding itch, and thinking performance wise....(1. STILLEN gen 3 intake, and 2. possibly STILLEN catback Exhaust, at the same time ...definately getting the exhaust later if i cant get it now)

as of right now.... my Z is still bone stock... BUT intake will be FIRST, along with the Catback (if i can get it..fianicially)

Dude do the GTR start button too. $40, 30 minutes of your time tops, and it's a nice change to the interior. Easiest first mod out there

ohh alright gottcha. cuz i talked to the dealership where i got my Z and they told me if any mods were to be done to it, the warranty would be voided.

What...did you do... go and have a conversation about modding your Z to your dealership?

You talk about the dealership like it's your dad! :rofl2:

IMHO, unless you are going w/ forced induction the only other thing that I can think of that's bolt on that might give the dealership pause are possibly intake and test pipes.

OMG. The mods are addicting. I cannot believe the amount of time going into looking and buying parts and this all the370's fault! :)

GTR button
Adams + PC
Carbon cabin air filter
Simona1 fuel Gauge
G3 long tubes
CNT exhaust + Test Pipes
Nismo wheels
Spacers

I have had the car for 6 months.

hansoac 06-20-2011 09:32 AM

20 mm spacers all around.

jaycz 06-20-2011 09:45 AM

Tanabe CBE and cheap Y pipe. No regrets there.

Yes, for the hood struts, I got them from kelleyefield. He has a GB going and just order some more more parts so he should have more available.

Thanks man. I'm pretty sure they are 15%. My wheels are 19" Volk TE37's.

My first visual mod was tint on the windows and tail lights and later I added a rear spoiler. For my first performance mod, I just bought a Berk exhaust :)

The first tip I would absolutely have to give you is to use the search feature on this site. You will find that a lot of your questions will be answered!

Anywhoo here's the link to the GTR start button:

The Nismo Shop : West Covina Nissan : R35 GT-R Ignition Start button switch unit
