Orange plastidipped rims and mirrors.
 

Ok so before anyone jumps the gun, you should all
know that this was done completely out of the blue.
It was unplanned. I had a few extra cans laying
around from a previous work that I had no more need
for, and seeing how I will be getting some new rims
for this baby later this month, I said to myself
"screw it let me try it out and see how it will come
out" I also went a head and did the mirrors as well.

Well here are the results! Not too shabby in all honesty.
Got a few thumbs up and it does attract more looks.

Looks cool and it's very temporary. In before plasti-dip is the anti-Christ drama queens

Not a huge fan but the mirrors look.... off from the front.

Eh... It's not bad but I think red might have looked cooler. Good thing all you have to do is peel and its good as new.

Agree...red. The orange looks off with the red rail lights.

Oh yeah big time. red is my second favorite color. I just didnt want to go buy them (not because they are expensive or anything). I had orange handy so I was like screw it,

For a very long time if they are done right. And I'm talking several months. You need to apply nearly 10 coats or more if you want it to last a very long time, specially the edges have to be done right because thats where the peeling starts.

It's not awful, but I think only Porsche can pull off this look 100%.

I think the front view would look a little nicer if you did the front emblem as well. To go with the mirror caps

yeah maybe. meh getting a new lip soon also. i really, really hate that nissan logo on the bumper. its a goner with the next front lip i get.

I think I have said this many times here in many different threads.

I know when one is tripping on mushrooms or has been up three nights in a row on coke that the power of suggestion can be irresistible. When in this condition, it is best to wait until you've have a few good night's sleep, some food and maybe a vitamin B-12 shot before you succumb to a friend's idea that you should maybe experiment with plasti-dip. At 4 AM.

It makes the wheels look like they are made of plastic rather than Plasti-dipped.

I suggested red mirrors and red calipers... forum didn't like the idea =/ .

Just a slight jab at plastidip on a 370. I didnt mean anything by it, just messing around. I actually dont mind the orange wheels on a black car.

Run an orange stripe across the hood and put a sign on each door that says "Official Pace Car for the Daytona 500". No need to thank me for this outstanding idea!

OP, it looks great, but be advised, one of the atlanta 350 guys did 1 wheel orange to see if he liked it, and kept it that way for a while. I don't know if he used wheel cleaner on it, or if the sun faded it, but several months later it was a dull whitish-orange. It does peel off though, so thats a plus
