Random photo of yourself working on a car.

Whats the most random photo you have of yourself working on a car? Was looking through some old photos from the Texas Renaissance Festival and found this one of me wiring my friends exhaust back up since the hangers snapped. Little funny but my friends and i started a group called the Intoxicated Order of the Kilt or IOK and we go every year on opening day!

And what exactly is this festival with men in skirts? Never mind, I don't wanna know. J/K. Always nice to help out a winger.

There is no proof that I have ever worked on a vehicle other than photos of my hands and feet in DIY write ups. I do have ones of my grand daughter helping me out though.

This is from years back

Side note & not a jab, was your son involved in the special Olympics , volunteer or anything or is it just a shirt? ? Just curious as I was able to help out in L.A. once a long time ago. Pretty neat experience .

I know I get carried away with photos. We shoot everything around here and it is fun to share.

Side note -- Colin has the shirt, but he was not in Special Olympics. Someone gave it to him as a gag, maybe I did -- I don't remember. No offense intended, so I hope you don't take it that way.

I worked fro a Special Olympics gig back in 1977 and it was a rewarding experience as you said.

OnZedge,
Do you ever do your own work on your car, or are you babysitting?

I do both. However, I do less wrenching than I used to, mainly due to working 60+ hours a week, plus travel time which makes my free time very limited most weeks. Lately, I enlist my sons to do more of the work -- they are both ASE Master level guys with a great deal of Nissan experience. They are definitely faster than I am and they usually owe me money, so it's a win-win.

She's a bit young to be recycled.
