I'm pretty excited about the system.
I also don't like the comments on the article. People are just too pig-headed. Just turn the goddamn thing off if you don't like it that much. |
^^^ what he said. I'm very proficient at heel/toe, but my mind is still open to the idea of having this system in the car. I can't wait to try it out myself.
|
i think the feature is great for times when i'm too lazy to match revs.
|
This is going to be brilliant in traffic too...
|
Granny shifting not double clutching like you should...
|
Well slide, you have to granny shift sometimes or you will blow your intake manifold and your metal floorboard will bust open for absolutely NO reason.
Then someone will tell you how you never had your car and a mob of brilliant human beings will laugh and point at you. |
I'm not thrilled about the comments on the page either. Although I agree with the journalist that this is an odd feature to come with the "sport" package.
I was all against this at first, but when I'm just puttin' around, I agree that it would be handy. |
As long as it comes without its Quirks :excited:being a new bit of tecknology , i hope they get it right on the first go .
Cheers Michael |
Great article!
Many auto enthusiasts can't wait to try this feature. As much fun it is to do the heel and toe by yourself, you can't really turn down a perfect Rev Match every time by the Synchro Rev Match, can you? ;) |
no no you cannot
|
Well, I can't anyway. Threshold braking will seem SOOOO easy using this system. Yeah, that sounds silly when ABS does that for you... or does it?

I read all the negative comments on that webpage and all I can say is:
Why don’t people quit being little whiny b*****s? If you want the challenge, then turn it off. Nobody is making you use the feature. So what if other people use it? It doesn’t take the enjoyment away from my own heel-toe if I wish to do it. Damn there sure are a lot of stupid people out there. Enjoy and use the car however you see fit. It’s your car and your driving no matter what other people do with theirs. Just enjoy it. Grrrr…. Sorry I just came back from happy hour and alcohol makes me mad at stupid people... |
Exactly. If you DO NOT press the "Syncho Rev Match" button, it's just an ordinary transmission. Someone like me, I would love to use it when I am not in the mood for heel-n-toe. This is a very useful feature by Nissan and I am surprised to see none of the other manufacturers offer it in their automobiles before 370z.
|
before you know it they'll be putting electric starters on these new fangled automobiles
|
Am I the only one not getting sound?

Those commenters are idiots. Here's a crazy idea, just get the damn car without the revmatch. Yeah, I know, I'm a genius. It's scary.
