Including your cab drivers! I took one down town and was so freaked out by the guy we took a limo back. Back in India he might have been a rally car driver!

just ignore him like everyone else lol

Haboob 12-15-2013 12:52 AM

Sucks man, sorry to see and hear about that.

Unfortunately it's always the person making the left-hand turns fault. (At least I'm 100% sure of that here in Phx, heard it was elsewhere).

What's next for you?

b15 12-15-2013 08:27 AM

Accidents suck. Good luck with everything. From those pics, it looked like the Z held up very well.

andre12031948 12-15-2013 08:47 AM

I guess I misunderstood your cleary written post

I tried to accelerate and clear her, but the wheels just spun.

"I was yielding to make a left" I never heard that expression :) Anyway, willing to move on. Like I said before, be careful & good luck

SS_Firehawk 12-15-2013 09:08 AM

It's not an expression, he was not expressing anything. That is a description of action taken. I read that and knew exactly what he did. He merged into the turn lane and yielded (giving way to the intersection and any traffic traversing).

andre12031948 12-15-2013 09:18 AM

thank you - I was also being kind

As car enthusiasts sometimes we do what I'll call spirited driving. How would we treat/say if some old fart made a left turn in front of us???? Sometimes people die in those type of accidents. That's why I feel that I was kind with my comments. Anyone that wishes to ignore me, I'm fine with that.

JWillis72 12-15-2013 09:54 AM

My biggest dislike of this forum is the fact people are so hard on other people for no reason. He didn't say he was driving "spirited" anywhere in his post so did I miss the video?

You missed to understand my post. Maybe you misunderstood what happened? Try reading the 1st. post & perhaps you'll see who "the spirited" driver might be or who "the old fart" might be.

Sounds to me like he was trying to get out of the middle of an intersection after the light turned red and thought she was stopping for the red light and instead she ran it. My only point was the guys car is smashed and even if it was his fault there is no reason to rub it in. I'm sure he posted it sick to his stomach looking at the pictures so I don't understand the need to kick him while hes down. I don't have a dog in this fight so no need to respond to me.

andre12031948 12-15-2013 10:48 AM

Did you at least read my posts???

I was very kind & nice. Wished him well.

It's people like you that seem to stir & continue this thread. After I make this comment, I'll be done here! I/WE don't think it's cool to make left turns in front of US/other cars. I don't care how it's worded or thought as. That kind of actions hurt & killed many a sport car enthusiasts. I was nice & kind!!!!!

finished.....

Infamous 12-15-2013 11:37 AM

Seems like everyone understands where I'm coming from but Andre. Thanks for your contribution to this thread, Andre. I don't know where the spirited driving assumptions came from, but they're way off. I don't think anyone is stirring the pot, except you.

No kidding, the drivers in Vegas are some of the worst out there. Infamous your car is such a nice one I hate to see this. I do hope you are ok as the car can be replaced

Oh and Andre,............................ what a tool.

andre12031948 12-15-2013 04:02 PM

I'm going to break my word

What if that smashed up Honda was his Nissan & the tinted window Z was the Honda driven by a woman that was distracted by laud music & her passenger & making a left turn in front of you while(by the look of the Honda's damage) you were traveling the speed limit of 40 to 45 mph.????

We all would be cursing the hell out of the B1tch!!!!

Infamous 12-15-2013 04:17 PM

Lol you're an idiot. I was not distracted by 'laud' music and I was traveling by myself. Speed limit is 35 on that street. Can you please see yourself out of here?

SS_Firehawk 12-15-2013 04:28 PM

Well Infamous, if you want to drown your sorrows in the company of other Z's, I'm having a get together at PT's on Buffalo and 215. Your first drink is on me .

andre12031948 12-15-2013 04:32 PM

That I couldn't tell :)

Considering the Honda's damage, how in the world you thought she was slowing down?

The COP told you where you stand! He pretty much laught at you when you tried to blame her. Ain't that right????

andre12031948 12-15-2013 04:37 PM

YE sure! she sped up to hit your car

She tried as hell to avoid you!!! When you saw her coming you stepped on the gas. NEVER should have been in front of her! That won't change no matter how many times I'm called names...

Infamous 12-15-2013 04:48 PM

Lol please leave.

You know there are blinking yielding turn signals all over the US, that means if it's clear, you go. You will drive in front of a vehicle as you turn, granted they are usually a safe enough distance. You argument that he never should have been there doesn't hold much water. Regardless if you flip the scenario. I have seen on multiple occasions people initially brake, then change their minds to try and beat the light. Infamous isn't 100% in the right, but he committed to his decision. The CRV didn't.

If there is traffic cam video, even better, but I'm basing the information off the only side of the story we have. Laws aren't always the most concrete ways of judging things. Just look at people who get in wrecks to fraud insurance companies. It's becoming rampant. They use methods that better position themselves with standing laws.

Maybe you should go back to driving in a straight line 1/4 at a time, it seems at this point in time, its may be the only thing your good at when operating a vehicle. (I'm just busting your balls now )

andre12031948 12-15-2013 04:55 PM

I did leave & will again

It comes at your doing!

And frankly I can't blame others for not being very receptive to your off the wall posts.

You have been given plenty of opportunities to change your behavior, and It seems like you still want to still derail, and get members worked up over nothing.

Im tired of constantly deleting and monitoring whats going to come out of your mouth.

Im sorry about your mental state, But As much as I hate to do this YOU leave Me NO choice, But to show you the door. :(

I hope you all the best, and wish you luck.

Goodbye from The370Z.com

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!! :tiphat:
