In addition to having to back up his car, a very dangerous maneuver to execute on a major roadway, JohnYu scratched his car. Twice.

The damage doesn't stop there.

JohnYu, an activist for unconditional warranties on motor vehicles, feels that his vehicle should be repaired due to the median coming out of nowhere. Any parts that fail as a result of this collision are considered poorly assembled.
