My light came on at 3000 miles, I assumed it was for service and when I took it in they told me that the "engine vent system" was kicking out

My light came on at 3000 miles, I assumed it was for service and when I took it in they told me that the "engine vent system" was kicking out the code, had to order the part and will be in next week. P.S. the light is still on.
