:roflpuke2::roflpuke2:Nice you could buy a house with no down payment haha. Is the house market in Houston so bad they had to sell to fresh grads?

No down payment? Who said anything about that? I had a nice down payment. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was enough to avoid PMI and not have to get an 80/20 loan. It came from working my way through school.

Look, you're taking all of this way too seriously and coming off like a complete douche. You made a dumb post, and people gave you grief about it. Then you decided to get defensive, and lord your Nismo over us like it's something we couldn't have had. At any point last night, you could have said "Sorry guys, it was a dumb post. My bad" and it all would have gone away. You chose the exact opposite of that.

oh dear you work part time in college and you are able to pay for your tuition and afford 80% on a house lol I should consider move to Texas. Apparently it is chep like communism there.

1. Who said anything about part time?
2. an 80/20 loan does not mean you paid 80% for the house. :rofl2:

What is wrong with you? You make assumptions that prove you have no clue about life. Chuck bought a house regardless of market conditions. Instead of saying well done you make some pointless comment about the market must be bad they sold to a fresh graduate.

Compliment him and move on.

I'm guessing the OP didn't get a degree in finance if the first thing he did upon graduation is run out and buy a depreciating liability.

How about I bought a lakeside house along with my Z the first minute I stepped out of my college lol. and I worked through college, and even donated 2 millions to homeless.

No foolin'. A car (370Z) is an investment in yourself only.

You know, I was writing a post trying to clear up any miscommunication we may have had that caused you to go on such a righteous doucherant when you posted this. I'm out. Enjoy your stay here. With an attitude like yours, my guess is it will be brief, and we won't be losing anything of value. Good luck in all of your future endeavors.

Obviously I bought because I liked. Hmm..lets see...I thought by saying this you have a degree in finance but "buy a liability" makes no sense lol. you don't buy liability.

lol it could got a lot easier several pages ago if people weren't trying to humiliate other forum member. sounded like they don't love other people looking jealously on your Z. and yet there are so many posts on the forum with "what is the best compliment you got" and "how to pick up girls in Z" and blahblah. lol you kids.
