Does financing used make insurance lower than financing new? I never really understood I surance. Thought it was based on your record, price of car, and how fast you can kill yourself in it

A used C6 is not $55k.

It's $30k, and when the C7 is readily available the prices will drop even more. Guess what- It'll cost about the same as your BRZ. it doesn't have cylinder deactivation, but it still gets 26mpg on the highway.
