I went with the auto, very responsive and the test times were pretty impressive. That being said, if you plan on big upgrades, the manual would be the way to go since the auto is more restrictive as far as the amount of power it can handle.

Me it will be a manual I am tired of all these autos and I know how to drive manual use to have one.
