People have brought the issue up with Stillen in the past. Their response was something along the lines of either "you didn't use our hardware to install it, piss off"

People have brought the issue up with Stillen in the past. Their response was something along the lines of either "you didn't use our hardware to install it, piss off" to "you used our hardware to install it, we're going to tell you we'll get back to you and then forget you ever existed". It was pretty disappointing how they (didn't) take care of the buyers.
