The problems with the Z are relatively scarce and/or widely known where a fix is available. Just because some journalist marks it as the most reliable car on the planet, doesn't make it indestructible. Also, I think the Camaro has been winning the resale value moniker for this segment for a few years now. A car can achieve a high resale value if a lot of people think it has a high resale value.
