My insurance wants me to have it towed to a local collision repair center because the dipshits put the blocks on the side skirts and the front end fell to the ground cracking the front bumber and damaging the side skirts. Insurance wants the place to order the wheels so i wont be getting a check from them.

You have the choice my friend not the insurance company....they will not get you new rims, but some refurbished ones I bet...Take the check and acquire everything yourself.

Never heard of that ever! Pretty sure they can't do that. It's your choice who does the repair and maybe you'll change your mind at the last minute and take it else where. I've always been given a check from State Farm, progressive, granger etc.
