For now. it's the state with the lowest taxes. Everyone wants to leave the northern states based on the tax code. When tx has more biz than they need, that dream is over. Everybody thats rural and trying to grow uses this technique. When they grow, benefits for business owners reduce. Tx is just copying what historically successful states have been doing since the industrial revolution.

And Tx wouldn't be growing if all those highly successful northerners weren't bringing there century old northern businesses down south for cheaper, domestic slave labor and a lower tax code.
