The Z has almost no body roll stock. The most important reason for getting swifts is reducing bump steer under aggressive street driving which is not generally recommended, but we do it anyway.

Don't talk out your azz just to Bash jungle.

And if pushing to the limit is so important? Why didn't you get the sport pkg or Nismo?

It actually has a lot of body roll stock. Damn soft stock bars!

It pretty much keels right over in a hard corner.

Which is fine. Nothing wrong with that. And it's easily corrected with more aggressive bars. Definitely needs much bigger up front so the front tires actually work!

I have a 13 sport. I haven't measured everything (sway bar sizes etc) but I don't have body roll. My WRX with koni adjustables with RCE yellows (330 lbs) and my friends 11 STI can't touch the stiffness of these stock components.

yup, the WRXes roll all day long compared to the z :rofl2:

then again i'm just on stock springs on my WRX. just have a swaybar and underbody brace...and a tower strut. wtf O-o;

Blame it on your euro-shocks. :p As far as off the lot sports car goes. My Z stock had well controlled body roll by comparison of other vehicles in the price range.

JungleZ seriously needs to be banned from this forum. I personally find all his posts to be terribly unhelpful and just outright annoying.

With different brackets I would imagine it could fit in the Z. Measure the width though and let us know. I can go out to my car and measure my stock (sport touring) seats and tell you if yours will be too wide. I do highly recommend not letting those awesome seats go to waste in the trade in. What would you do to replace those seats though? Have you found out how much stock mustang seats cost?

Oh and you're right Steve about the bars! That was the first mod I got! Just a couple hundred bucks and an easy install later and I was :driving:

That's the key word. Z actually rolls more than a stock Mustang (the "sport" package equivalent) but it does it with better body control. So while the Mustang rolls less it does it faster than the Z (dampers), so it can feel sloppier. Body roll just hurts the Z because the front tires aren't working like they should. Definitely needs a stiffer front bar to help maximize contact patch for more front grip. The question is... how stiff. ;) :yum:

The leather Recaros are money. Like $3k retail.

Edit: If OP does get Z34, it makes more sense to me to sell the Mustang Recaros and then buy a new set of aftermarket Recaros (lighter, sans airbag) which will be much easier to mount. Sportster CS :yum:

Those are gorgeous. I love seats with the thigh extension. I still don't know why we didn't get one stock. Hell, the G37S has one so Nissan has access to them.

Sounds like your just pissed you didn't get the sport package....

No, he's just pissed. ;)

Goddammit people, stop quoting that moron. If everyone puts him on ignore and we all agree to not quote him, none of us will have to deal with him anymore.

But then what will we do at work?

True. I failed to factor that in. Maybe we just all agree not to quote him so only those of us who want an easy target can see him?
