I do the same. I didn't buy my z for mpg but I like knowing what I can get(mainly to rub it in my mustang friends face because he gets 7 mpg average)

If you like to see the bar graph go up..... change it Metric, then try and keep the bar up for as long as possible :)

I only use the temp screen or the remaining mileage screen when I'm getting low on gas

I only use it for outside temperature!
