Z1 headers/test pipes or cats, cat-back, tune, done. I'd do a CAI as well, but that's a debated topic here. Do your reading and make your own decision. The Motordyne intake manifold also has some nice gains. Get the tune after you get all the parts on so you only have to do it once. Plenty of people have had good luck with pulleys, but they make me nervous. That's about it for NA mods. You'll end up around 330 whp dynojet, give or take 10%.

Youtube and watch loads of videos.

I was a newb 2 years ago when I got my car, and I just jumped on the first exhaust I seen I got the Agency CBE which I don't regret but for that price I payed at the time I could have gotten something alittle nicer.

Fast Intentions is probably the best! I also heard outstanding things with Berks HFC. Only thing I will say is don't go the cheap route.

Be careful with a tune some people will say it will void that warranty.

FI is great, and their cat-back+headers would be really nice if you're ok with being on a waiting list.

There is a FI exhaust for sale on the classifieds right now.

Warranty issues with a tune are really dealer specific. Some dealers will play ball, some won't. Ask around in your local chapter.

Great idea, I always forget that YouTube has loads of people putting vids on there about mods. Thanks again.

YouTube will give you an idea of what an exhaust sounds like, but I've had better luck going to a local meet and hearing for myself. A lot of times the sound in person is completely different.

^Also a great idea.
