Weird R (reverse) displayed in the dash. MT-6 people I need you!

Hey folks,
so I just noticed today this:
http://i.imgur.com/uOb3F9W.jpg
It seems like the R (reverse engaged) is not correctly displayed, see the shape on the top-left? As I have never paid much attention to that, I am wondering if it's actually a problem or it's like this for everybody. Could you MT6-peeps please chime in? How does it look on yours?

IndieRyanZ 05-21-2013 06:44 PM

Looks about right to me

Chuck33079 05-21-2013 06:59 PM

That's the way it always looks.

shadoquad 05-21-2013 07:09 PM

You turned VDC off, didn't you?

olddudesrule 05-21-2013 07:10 PM

No hay problema....

GaleForce 05-21-2013 07:16 PM

I think your steering lock is broken.

The small number can be set up to tell you when to shift (tied to rpm maybe?).
The large number/letter is the gear you are currently in

I never look at the dashboard while driving.

sofaonasock 05-21-2013 11:19 PM

Seems like your blinker fluid is low. I would take in for service ASAP.

Chteelers 05-22-2013 08:10 AM

That's just your Racing gear. You must have inadvertently entered the correct konami code.

Yes the button by the shifter if you hold that button (the syncrorev button) the s on the cluster will disappear. Why would you want to turn your syncro rev off?

I like to rev match myself... when I leave SRM on, I find myself fighting the computer :tiphat:

I turn it on to show it to friends and I would probably use my first time on a track until I get more comfortable.

CDepp 05-24-2013 09:40 PM

'SyncroRev'-erse? Lol

Wait until that first time you have it on as you approach a hairpin. While braking, the downshift will try to accelerate your car if you're a late shifter like me. Brakes on plus acceleration on the dragon: pissed me off so bad I still haven't turned mine back on since ZDayZ. :shakes head:
