I am fairly certain that the forged RAYS are far lighter and stronger than the 18-inch ones. In all honesty it's all about looks. The 18's are reminescent of the 350Z era.

At first they felt lumpier, heavier and the steering didn't feel as accurate. But now that I've had them on for nearly 3 years I don't notice any of that.
