Me Bad! LOL I should of checked the VIN number. That notice is for my 2009 Altima Coupe that I traded in last June for the new Z. It should have gone to the guy that bought the car the same day. He did buy extended warranty on it.

With that being said; I didn't know that the steering wheel didn't lock. I just tried it and like you said it turns. I will call Nissan and tell them.

I want to thank you for the info. I just learned something today. Again, thanks for the help. : )
