On Sunday the 26th July the 370Z will be on Top Gear.

If the Stig does a fast lap in it, what time will it do?

Have a guess and I will add you into the leaderboard below.

If your chosen time has already been taken, you will go below the person who chose it before you.


Whoever guesses the actual time wins 10 million internets. In the event of a tie, the person who chose the winning time first will receive all the internets, but be expected to give one internet to anyone who also guessed the correct time. If nobody guesses the correct time, I keep all the internets for myself. If the track is wet, damp, or partly damp, we can all have an argument about the difference this made to the time.

This competition closes at midnight on Saturday the 25th - UK time (which is between 5 & 8 hours earlier than midnight if you're one of those american weirdos).

Id say around 1:28 dry track. Alot of those numbers were on wet tracks. But the old model did do a 1:31 in the dry so there has to be at least a 2-3 sec improvement hopefully. Keeping it conservative

i just hope it beats the evo x.. i say 1:28.20

^^Im pretty sure if its a dry track it will beat the EVO X. It already did stateside in one test cant remember were to fine it though.

Right - 5 things...

1 - Thanks Pushing Tin - I am now a slave to updating this damn thing for the next week - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :shakes head:

2 - Wet track - grrrrrrrrrr - hadn't thought of that - we'll need to work out how much to adjust the times by if the track is moist/damp/wet/flooded etc - after all, the track is in Anglesey where it rains all the time.

3 - Sorry to the guy who's confused - Here in the UK we get the broadcast on Sunday nights - before you. :icon23:

mid 1:27's cmon guys..this car is faster than the Evo X on a dry track...good power on straights and great handling will make this car about a half second quicker..i might even shoot for 1:27.2
