Damn I miss heated mirrors from my SUV.
|
Bluetooth audio is a nice upgrade and so is the USB cable.
|
Damn, Bluetooth streaming audio is FTMFW
|
any pics of the black cherry except whats been seen on the roadster? i cant seem to find any good angles of it. the web makes it look brown...
|
any no cooled seats???? damn!
|
And how much more are these wonderful things going to cost?
|
Standard auto-dim rearview mirror would be nice.
|
A standard factory oil cooler would be even nicer!
|
I plan on ordering the heated mirrors and installing them. I"m sure you can splice them in to the motor for the power mirror adjustment.
As for the micro-filter...that would just allow me to fart in the car while my wife is driving with me. |
^ its so pollen wont make you sneeze when driving
i expected a bit more maybe ill source a leftover 2009 Z |
Anyone know what the price change will be? Wow...changes are very minimal. I was waiting on this info to see if i would like a 2010 or 2009 model...but if there is going to be an increase in price, i will take an 09 for sure.
|
Interested to see some good picks of the Black Cherry.
Tony (wishes they would bring back Le Mans Sunset and/or Daytona Blue) |

To me, the USB functionality is a really big deal, since I do not have an i-pod, nor do I wish to buy one since I think my Archos is a much better option to listen to my music collection as well as watch any videos, movies, tv, etc. that I can put on it. This is a big enough deal to me that I might wait until the 2010's come out, and I was literally ready to go and buy an '09 within a few days. Anyone know/care to speculate how easy it would be to retrofit an '09 with the USB?

Finally the heated mirrors.

Heated mirrors...once you have them up here in Canada, its hard to go back. I'm very happy I waited for the 2010.
|
No more Chicane Yellow. I knew it was an extra $500 option but I never thought Nissan would take them away this quick. Well, congrats to ALL 09 Chicane Yellow owners. Your car JUST got more exclusive!
I remember in 2007, Nissan offered the color Solar Orange. I really liked the color. Exclusive color - just for one model year. http://www2.nissan.co.jp/Z/Z33/0701/..._a_1024768.jpg |

The microfilter is a nice touch, especially people with allergies like my Azz.
|
The filter is for when you have outside air coming in your car, it will filter out pollen and what not. Am i right?

ooh this sounds fun. can't wait
|
I wont lie, I was REALLY hoping my next car purchase would have a burnt orange color of some sort. No joy, but, Im not disappointed with black yet either.
|
I read on the internet that the 380Z will get direct injection with 350 horsepower.

If the 2010 would have come out with cooled seats, I'd have been :icon14: |

Cooled seats would be... "cool". The heated side mirrors would be nice too, I miss that from my '05 350z. Maybe they'll make the side mirrors less huge too. :shakes head: |
that's cool, no exterior changes besides the new color. i always like to update my car with the newest parts. my last car was an 06 and i bought the projector headlights and redesigned tail lights from the 08 model to make it look newer. i'll at least get to save some money this year. lol.
the heated mirrors i'm sure we can buy from parts and install ourselves. does anyone know if there is a slot in the 09's to put the cabin filter? that would be an inexpensive touch. or did they some interior part in the 2010 to allow placement of the filter? |
I am really glad I got the yellow. I didn't know it was a one year only deal when I bought it. I am in to limited edition paint. My Harley color was only available for 3 months.
I really don't see any changes in the 2010 that make it worth the wait. Heated mirrors are nice, but I'm sure they can be retro-fitted. I take allergy medicine every day, so I wouldn't notice the microfilter. I'm sure the new Nav will be cool, but I don't need to stream bluetooth. I'm sure there will be at least a thousand dollar price increase as well. |
