I regularly drive my Z 30-40 miles after the gas light comes on and have filled up 18.5 Gal of the 19.1 Gal more than once. I've never encountered this

I've never encountered this problem, but I understand it happens on long, sweeping right-hand turns generally more often at highway speeds.
