Did they do any damage to the paint? Wow, those emblems are pretty hard to get off without heating them up first... even with dental floss.

That's why you guys can get cheap Nissan emblems on eBay.:ugh2: Sorry to hear that OP.
|
Super lame. Usually see this on jaguars
|
Wow, never thought I'd see the day that happens on a Z....
Happened to my Honda Prelude and Lancer back in the day |
Sorry to hear that, that sucks!
To those badge thieves: Come take mine! Give me a reason to shave the front or get a Nismo front bumper! I DARE YOU! |
oh so that wasnt my Z i was debadging LOL XD jk
in all seriousness, that sucks that you had that happen to you, i dont see this happen to nissans to often, mostly toyota, honda, lexus, acura, ect. hope everything gets sorted out |
I got nice CF on mine.. Now that, id be pissed about.
|
my friend used to do this, along with taking the valve caps. Called it "Goin Chromies". Your badge is probably safe in some 12 yr olds room now, so at least it went to a young enthusiast????
|
Not the front one but my 370Z emblem in the rear was stolen I was so mad. I drove around looking at everyone to see if they were just looking to still things from cars. Did not find anyone

Not mine, but someone did take off the Nissan emblem from my cousin's Altima.

I like those Evo-Rs. They scratched through the paint down the center of the circle. So the oem badge would show that since it has holes. I think the Evo-Rs would cover it up nicely. Plus they look way better. Thanks for link.
