Anyone ever stolen your Z emblem?
 

Some a-hole! stole the emblem off the front of my car. Who the hell does that!?
I'm thankful that's all they did, but geez.

very odd, maybe someone has been collecting all the Z emblems through the years

I had someone try to pry off mine a few months ago. I guess someone either saw them, or they lost interest after they couldn't get it off. Thank goodness. :ugh2:

Well if you are not doing any type of insurance claim (kind of look like they damaged the paint on the edge) I just replace mine so I have the original "Nissan" burger laying around for the front...let me know. Of course would be free and I would just COD the shipping cost $5-$10 at most

I plan on eventually getting a Zele kit, so it won't have a space for the emblem anyways, and if they didn't bolt on and have an indentation in the bumper, I'd of debadged them years ago. :icon17:

Did they do any damage to the paint? Wow, those emblems are pretty hard to get off without heating them up first... even with dental floss.

They chipped a bit of it, but not enough for me to care to remove/repaint anything.

my friend used to do this, along with taking the valve caps. Called it "Goin Chromies". Your badge is probably safe in some 12 yr olds room now, so at least it went to a young enthusiast????

Not the front one but my 370Z emblem in the rear was stolen I was so mad. I drove around looking at everyone to see if they were just looking to still things from cars. Did not find anyone

Not mine, but someone did take off the Nissan emblem from my cousin's Altima.

I like those Evo-Rs. They scratched through the paint down the center of the circle. So the oem badge would show that since it has holes. I think the Evo-Rs would cover it up nicely. Plus they look way better. Thanks for link.

It's happened to me before with my old civic and my parents maxima, it was really common before, but I don't see it happening as much now.

I would be really pissed! Most likely some kids bored and they probable stole more then yours.
