I thought LED "kits" were just something you pieced together yourself at radioshack or bought as that link provided. It's just some lights, not like an HID setup or anything.

Hint, hint - no need to spend more than $10.00 on a bright set of LED's for your dome and trunk. The very low cost of those led's, the boards they're mounted on, the connectors, plus the cheap labor where they come from makes it absolutely unnecessary to spend more. For $20, you can have your dome, map, trunk, and license plate lit up bright on led's. Just search properly.

V-LED is a website I have used for almost 4 years now, and I definitely recommend them for quality LEDs. I know that there are cheap alternatives on Ebay and such, but I have used these LEDs in extreme weather and rain for all that time, and out of 15 bulbs, none have failed.
