The Nissan 370Z is a roaring Lion! I LOVE IT
Honestly I could not be anymore happier with my 370Z, Unless I had a GTR I just love the car so much, everytime I step on the gas, I hear a Lion Roaring! I love Driving so much. I drove automatic before but never before I thought I would love driving so Much! (I drive Manual now) a tear drops from my right eye. haha
The reason I love my car so much, is because every time I accelerate all I hear is a roaring lion. Roaring Lion @40 seconds the Revving begins Please let me know, If anyone has made this connection before. LOVE YOU NISSAN! LOVE YOU 370Z! lOVE YOU GTR! |
lol. Yeah our car is nice. :)

what have your past cars been?

I love my z too but let's not fool anybody, this car has the most quiet stock exhaust note I have ever heard
At least the 350z/g35 sounded like chewbacca |
Your videos don't work BTW. I was never really impressed with the stock exhaust note, after swapping out to my current exhaust I love putting the hammer down around 3k RPMs.
|
Yes my 350Z had more roar and low end grunt, but my 370Z is sweet..Just drove it today....LOVE it...
|
ya the stock sound like a roaring kitten ! The 350z and g sound great stock.
|
I've always thought the VQ exhaust note sounded like a cow mooing, lol

A shameless plug of the exhaust note I love... When done correctly, our cars can/do sound amazing.
|
Haha I could see you going nuts over a new aftermarket exhaust. But yes I feel that every time I walk to and from the Z! I greatly appretiate mine and am glad you appretiate yours so much too!

Stock exhaust is ehh....once I put on the Fast Intentions it brought out the beast hidden underneath. I find myself mashing the throttle just to hear the noise. Also the high gear, low growl sounds great as well.

i agree with the OP. i love the sound of the stock exhaust. volume level has nothing to do with sound type, and he likes the sound it makes, not the volume of the sound. personally i dont want a 140 db exhaust note, i would rather hear my stereo, but that contrasts 99% of drivers lol. the G37 also has a fantastic exhaust note, totally unique from the Z.
|
Stock makes a nice note above 3k RPM, but it's too quiet at idle and low RPM for me.
Half the time I can't tell if the car is still running, and I hate it! I just have to save up for the HFCs and Stillen exhaust... so maybe next Christmas I'll have them. |

I feel like my z is more of a caged lion. It's my dd and I've only had it a month and haven't had a chance to take it to the track. I feel sorry for my z going through rush hour traffic during the week when I know she is just waiting for me to stomp on the gas and set her loose.

Most economical exhaust for the $?
Opinions and prices?
