I'm in queens too and there is 2 other 370s in the neighborhood. I'll drive the z as long as it don't snow.

Same, as long as there isn't snow on the ground I'm driving the Z. I bought this thing to drive and not stare at in my garage. This ain't an Aston Martin or Lambo we're talking about. With that said I can count on 1 hand how many 370Zs I see in a year. At least in my area they are not as popular as the 350 was.

yes lots more 350z, I drove from Atlanta to Ft Bragg, NC, and I kept track of the 350z and 370z. (i285 to i20 to i95)

350z - 8,
370z - 0

But that does not surprise me, as people are saying, more 350's were made/sold than 370s

i will disagree i think the Z is becoming a rare car. i live in an area with around 175,000 population with 2 nissan dealers and they each had 2 370's on their lots. the z like the corvette though not in the same class, appeal to just a certain group of drivers. that's just the way it is. just my 2 cents imho if the next z isn't a smash. there could be another 5 or 6 year layoff of production.

two things imo again on the next model they have to nail is road noise and
more HP.........just saying

To be honest, I'm usually pretty busy. I'd really like to go to these meets, but other things in life have priority for me. If its outside Long Island, it means spending a whole day I usually don't have. I drive my Z year round, weather permitting and I see plenty on long island. Although I know a few that have since sold their car, there are still plenty of enthusiast if you look hard enough. It was always kind of tough getting people together, especially when I joined the forum a few years ago.

Come down to Houston lol. We've got a pretty good group of z owners out here that all meet up and what not.

You see Z's here year round. We don't have much cold weather, but the "snow birds" love it here in the winter.

Rarity is a good thing to me.

Though I just got mine, I'm sure there are a lot that show up at the weekend meets on the other side of town. There's a "show" every weekend and all types stop by.

It's funny, even during the summer months I don't see too many 370s around here. I was in Florida last month, and just driving from the airport to my destination I saw 5...both coupes and roadsters.

That's exactly what I'm saying. That I think people didn't get it. They kept on saying "it's cold, we just got hit by sandy..." Blah blah.
But all the way from may until now (which we had a pretty hot summer) I haven't seen many Z's. maybe 2-3 70s and a few 50s. And that's counting the car meets and events I've been as well. (As I mentioned before)
But like a few people said (which I didn't know) 370s weren't produced as much as 350s. So it all make sense.
I love to have a rare car. But I also love to see people with it as well from time to time.

ShinyBlueZ 12-09-2012 11:52 PM

there are way too many Z's around where I live. 2-3 more within a 30 mile radius is too much.

I wish I had the only one in the province.

oh well at least mine is the sexiest.

Naenyn 12-09-2012 11:56 PM

There are Z's all over the place here. =] A lot more 350s than 370s tho.

Nismo89 12-10-2012 12:31 AM

i take great pride in knowing that my Z is a rarity. a select few, a privilege to see on the road. if you want to meet up with other Z's around your area, check out regional section of the forum :tiphat:
