I gather they work on the every third manual pull of the wipers gets you a squirt method?

I use to have the same feature on my 280ZX - messy

Might be good on a 4x4 with mud sprayed all over the headlights other than that.....

Good guess on the SUV! Both my LandRovers have the 3 time rule, but it's I mistated, it's every third press of the washer button on the stalk gets a squirt at the lights as well.

Dunno...My Audi was full manual control, so no accidental squirts..
