Uprev.....newbie

Sorry to bump this topic to here just got nada in the tuning section. There are very few 370's in my country and the whole tuning issue is way behind modern times. I just installed stillen headers and high flow cats and in a month from now the full akropovitch system. My dealer got an uprev license but he really doesn't know much about the tuning aspect. We decided to bring in a professional tuner who is experienced with tuning just no experience with uprev tunes. Could someone please tell me the do's and don'ts. I want to get the best tune for my money. What should he be adjusting? Is there a list? Also he asked if the ecu has a memory/safety function that recalibrates certain parameters back to stock a couple hundred km's after a tune. For now the car is using a standard tune that uprev sent in accordance to my mods. I failed to mention that my car is AT. Is there any calibrating to do to increase torque with the AT? Thanks guys.
