Thanks!!! I'm a Contractor, I moved here From NYC and gave up a commercial real estate Job in the city. I moved here on a whim, I love it! Just find a place that’s growing and building (wealthy areas) You’ll make it work! trust me.. Sometimes just showing up and doing a decent job is all you need.

Ya that's true! I always wanted to head south, as much as I love snowboarding I still also hate being cold

not to mention storing my Z for 6 months of the year
