Well, yeah nobody bought this car for the MPG. Yet it still crosses my mind nowadays considering gas prices. I'll be like, "Since, I'm not in the mood for having fun at the moment, lets try a different way of having fun. Seeing if I can maximize my gas efficiency."

I did buy the car for MPGs!

& how sexy it is, and the speed, and the interior, and the oh...yeah back to the point.

I drive 90% highway and i never get lower then 26mpg..
I've done 32mpg for long distances before. Usually i cruise at 75-80mph and get 28-29mpg. I think i got better MPG with my intakes in

4.00

4.00 for 93 premium Gas here....55.00 to fill up today...would have been a 100.00 for my truck at Reg. 89 grade

Better gas mileage....

That's good to hear. 26-28 is MAX what I can get out of my SRT it seems.

How often are you filling up?

Wow twice. I've never seen this myself, but I do not blame the car. Nice to know it could do what the sticker said at time of purchase.

I just filled up for $76. Yup no more highway pulls night driving for me. :rofl2:

Vacation from Des Moines, IA to Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC, Wilmington, NC, and some time in Columbus, OH and back to DSM. Total mileage 2,950 and averaged 27.1 mpg for the total trip. The car was fully loaded with suitcases and passenger. Lots of driving during the two weeks. I was impressed with the performance and gas mileage. I only take vacations when the gas prices approach or exceed $4/gal.!

I drive 60-80 miles everyday. I get about 500-550miles on each tank..
So I find myself filling up every week. Sometimes ill just throw $20 in and fill it up a couple days after that with another $20 and so on...

I have had my 2013 for 2 weeks. I am getting 23 combined city/highway

Seems about right, should get better as you pack on the miles.

Right now I am getting 19mpg in the city and I can 29mpg on the highway if i keep it ~75mph.

Funny, I do not get that kind of mileage when I drive 75 around town. :bowrofl:

Pappy1 10-04-2012 07:30 PM

1000

yesterday the low fuel warning came on so i filled it up for $75 but that didn't faze me since, this was like the 3rd fill up for this car for this year. Definitely not a daily driver :-)

junior_jam 10-04-2012 08:47 PM

25 average, but my daily drive is

1. <0.5 mile to highway
2. 33 miles at 70 mph
3. <0.5 mile to work

If I play around with my gas mileagometer while on the highway, it seems to be close to:

1. 60 mph: 32 mpg
2. 70 mph: 29 mpg

Not bad!
