There's plenty of Z's in my area mostly 350z but they wave/beep at me on a daily basis.

When on two wheels, I wave at anything on two wheels. When in the Z, I wave or flash at any Z. It's about 50/50 returned in either case.

In the 7 years I had this car not once did I pass by a WRX and they wouldn't acknowledge me. Many times I would be driving and hear a beep and as I would look at my rearview mirrors sure enough it was a WRX driver that had passed me and would be sticking their hand out the window waving.

My question is, why don't 370Z drivers do the same? I understand that this car is not as rare as the WRX (at least in Miami) but you don't see them that often either. Is there a reason for this? I also have a sportbike and people wave at me all of the time regardless of what motorcycle they're riding.

Just wondering why not with the 370Z?
Yeah, all the time! Fellow Z drivers are really cool for the most part. The teenagers in the crappy Honda Civics are what really annoy me. No, I don't want to race your wannabe wind up toy!

It's funny everyone saying there aren't very many 370s around.. Where I live in Washington (Kitsap county) there are 3 including mine in my apartment complex alone.. All black too, mine was the only for a while but then bam 2 new MB show up. One sport and one base.. My Gf tells me they fool my dog and she (my dog) gets all excited thinking its me.. lol. Then she gets all disappointed because I'm away Tdy and the Z is with me. There is probably at least 10 now int the Silverdale/Bremerton area. I account this to the Navy and those nuc reenlistment bonuses lol. Several new GTRs too, but those are them senior enlisted and officer types

I have, but have got no replies I even wave at other model Z cars with similar results. I do it as a carry over from bikes & Jeeps. Sometimes you get a sometimes you don't. Just haven't got one in the Z yet.

I wave all the time, most people wave back, but I usually combine a honk with a wave so I catch their attention.

i always give the headlight flash when we are going opposite ways or a honk if i see one at an intersection, rarely get a response. I also do it to 350Z owners since I came from a 350 and I get ZERO love for that.

so many 350 owners hate us 370 owners, I always want to yell " I used to own a 350!"
