Went out for a drive, cruise around the mall, passed by a group of Good Looking Girls and one of them yell out "Your Car Is Sexy" as I passed by. I Just said "Thanks", I Really wish I had some Self-Esteem Hahahaha. Sad :(

@Chops, thanks for uploading the sound clip of your exhuast. You guys should check it out !

@Jarblue, tire preasure, road conditions, driving habits and maybe weather conditions....dunno, just glad I got more than the normal out of the stocker tires.

@Rob, you are just too modest !

Update, all of my parts did not come in on Friday, so no workee on Z tomorrow...drats.

Oh... I hit a bug today driving to the samwich shop.

dmhenderson 01-27-2013 10:40 PM

Signed on to add a second halo to my headlights since my tow lights are gone. Going to be intereting since it requires an additional projector lense.

That's the Win7 Snipping Tool's colored pens. But, thank you.

Ended up with between 1/8"-1/4" ice on the car by the time we got home. Only got a little squirrely when I thought I was in 6th and not 4th and gave it a lil' pressure on the interstate. Nothing serious.

You have me thinking now. If I plastidip my entire exhaust will it prevent rust? Act sort of as a sealant? No one sees the underside anyways, so just leave the tip shiny (which are easy to clean on each car wash). Dunno how well platidip handles heat.

it handles upto 200F. our mufflers after extended driving and even high revving runs will only hit about 120F at most. it would be safe for the muffler...but i doubt anything else. exhaust temperature would be far too hot if it was sprayed on anywhere else.

Good one :bowrofl:

Not much clean up, a few squirts of window wash and swipes with the wipers, cleaned all the blood and guts off the windshield. An ugly lil bugger, reminds me of Men in Black. :rofl2:

Added LED strips to the footwell to replicate the illumination package on the jdm models. Hooked it up to where the lights only come on when the parking or headlights are on. I tried to get a picture of it with my phone but the camera quality sucked

I showed them the spot on the fender and he circled it. I'm guessing they will add the door too which would be awesome. Can I maybe have you look her over once it's ready?

True but I might not see any type of mismatch between the rest of the body and the front. I just now noticed my sideskirts are off. :shakes head:

You can tap into the wires underneath the dummy switches or if you have heated seats you can tap into the power source there too. since i had dummy switches i tapped into one of the unused wires underneath that area. The red wire is the one that only powers up when the parking lights turn on.

heres a pic of how everything looks underneath the cup holder/dummy switches

I used posi-taps to have a nice secure tap. real easy to use if you wanna go that route.

The service attendant is not the Prince of Albania or Nigeria, and he doesn't have money for you because of overpaid funds that have just been released for payment.

The service attendant also isn't from another country, holding a winning lottery ticket to share with you, if you would just help him by depositing money into your account while withdrawing a money order and mailing it to him.
:roflpuke2:

Beware of those scams. Although quite old, they still get people.

Looks like I may be taking mine to Vegas this weekend (for UFC and Superbowl! :happydance:). Though, I'm kind of worried about parking in Vegas (of course just at our hotel, not anywhere else) and door dings from careless/drunk idiots. :eekdance:

After 31K miles I finally replaced the original in-cabin air filter. The sad thing is, I've had the new filter sitting on my workbench for about 15K miles :icon17:

I was in Palm Springs for a Sales and Techinical conference - when it was time to go home (Orange County), I decided to take the long way home via Hwy 243. The detour was great therapy. :D
