does it seem that dealers that are owned by autonation some times give better pricing but almost always give the worst service.when you drive in for service you know more

does it seem that dealers that are owned by autonation some times give better pricing but almost always give the worst service.when you drive in for service you know more then the service writer and " it's not covered "before you tell them the problem.
