Oh, and the important part -- it's a recording, not a real person, it just goes out to everyone in their database I'm sure, they don't know whether you have a Z or an Altima

Interesting, sounded real to me. I'm still going in-- who knows , maybe I'll get a good laugh for the day at minimum.
