Serisouly Torn between 2012 and 2013 Z

My Z is my first standard vehicle I've ever drove, and I learned it rather fast. I dont understand why people say its "hard to drive".

Its not hard to drive, but it is definitely not the smothest tranny out there. Clutch play is definitely strange with some dead spots, and the 1st to 2nd shift is gritty as all hell. Replacing the clutch helper spring helps some.

I actually heard that it doesnt help much, i read that nothing can really solve the tranny issue no matter what do to it

Ill agree with that, considering i changed the spring and the put in redline tranny fluid and it pretty much feeld the same. I even went as far as going to the dealership and test driving other brand new Zs, and some of them were actually worse. there was a roadster there that was just plain awful.

Im going to stop buy on the way home and see if my dealer has any. I want to in the real world.

Agreed. I thought the 350 looked like an ugly turtle from the first time I saw one, and that hasnt changed to this day.

The best way to make this decision is to take a picture of yourself standing next to each version as well as a picture of you in each car with windows down. Put the pictures side by side and see what a few little kids think since they are brutally honest and don't know or care about the tidbits of automobile technology. It's probably better to go with relatives since they have a sense for your personality AND so you don't get arrested for surveying kids at your local Chuck E Cheeses. Try to get similar colors so they aren't swayed by their favorite color.
