The front chin spoiler and wing are now optional in Japan. See the bottom of the page here:

The red calipers are now stock on the Sport models.

Those were always optional in Japan, in Japan you could basically pick & choose what you wanted with all the option. From Nismo with leather to a fully loaded coupe with cloth seats.
