"Nice car... you'd love my car... I have a 1989 300Z... I'm a Nismo guy myself" by a kid that works at Pizzahut... if rolling your eyes made a sound, I would have immediately given myself away.

I had a good looking soccer mom look at me while getting into it in a parking lot and say "midlife crisis ?"
I thought "yeah, I got your midlife crisis right here baby" ;)

Middle-aged overweight women tend to love the car and tell me how they'd like to get one when their kids finally graduate high school. Bet they don't say that about Porsche 911 GT3s...

:wtf2: suburu?! really?........ :shakes head: tragic. if you dont know the car, at LEAST look for the Emblem, that way you would at least know the brand. dear lord help educate the less fortunate...:shakes head:

haha well i did strip all emblems off of my car, nissan 370z all that ;D

"Rice burner" from someone with a Honda Accord. Didn't think much of it though. Other than that other Nissan and M3 owners got good compliments.

Just the other day the drive thru window girl at MD's asked, "Hey is that a Cougar?" I responded in utter disbelief, "WHAT?!, dang if you wanted to insult me just spit on my food, but leave the car out of it." We laughed, but I cried a little inside.

I get transformer, and Ricky Bobby from my nephew all the time (he's three and uses that moniker for all race cars). I'm cool with the 350z reference considering it was my previous car. I've even had a dude (mid-late teens) throw up a heart sign as he loudly proclaimed, "he f'ing loved my car!" Tons of compliments, no real insults.
